Shannon "Shan" Horan is an illustrator and cartoonist based in Los Angeles. She received a BFA in Illustration from the New England College of Art and Design in 2017. (Formerly New Hampshire Institute of Art) She specializes in comics, game design, illustration, storyboards and animation design such as Background Design and Paint. Shan collects records and other analog media and gets involved in music scenes as a hobby and loves discussing music and attending concerts!

Currently, Shan works on Little Kitty, Big City wearing many hats in concept art, 3D modeling, and helping out on merch direction.

Major clients Shan has worked for include: A24, A.V. Club, Mediatonic/Epic Games, Cartoon Network, Wildbrain, Pillowfight Games, King Syndicate, The Nib and many individual clients and other companies.
