Shannon "Shan" Horan is an illustrator and cartoonist based in Southern California. She received a BFA in Illustration from the New England College of Art and Design in 2017. (Formerly New Hampshire Institute of Art) She specializes in comics, game design, and illustration. Currently, Shan works on Little Kitty, Big City wearing many hats in concept art, 3D modeling, and helping out on merch direction.

Major clients: A24, A.V. Club, Mediatonic/Epic Games, Double Dagger Studio. Cartoon Network, Wildbrain, Pillowfight Games, several bands and many individual clients and other companies.
